It would be great if you could also tell us where this plant grows ( geographically).
Hi Sheryl- thanks for your question- Mullein grows throughout many areas of the United States in temperate regions. I have found it on Long Island, Upstate NY, New England , Ohio , throughout the midwest, and in California to name a few places. It is not in southern Florida. Mullein likes waste areas- so I often see it in the back of buildings where no one is taking care of the land- also in wild areas in the woods, usually at the border of woods and open fields. I have also grown it right in my yard, and it is a beautiful , impressive and friendly plant!
